Billy and Lauren Bourne have spent their lives helping people grow—in faith, in family, and in purpose. Before Legacy League, they co-founded I Am Fruitful, a nonprofit that supported couples walking through infertility and loss. From hosting groups and retreats to sending hundreds of tangible resources across the world, they built spaces of vulnerability, healing, and hope.

Married for 17 years and friends since 2001, the Bournes have built a life around connection and calling. With over 20 years of experience shaping and optimizing customer experiences—from children to senior adults—Billy brings both strategy and heart. His mission is shaped by countless conversations with men who look back wishing they’d invested more deeply in their families—and he’s determined to help men lead differently.

Lauren’s background in marketing, events, and social impact has helped her build meaningful communities that inspire growth and belonging. Together, they’re raising three kids—Liam (14), Farrah (11), and Liv (3)—and building the kind of legacy they hope their children will one day continue.
